Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your product in any way then you may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (excluding postage costs). Please send us an email through the Contact Us page for a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All of our bottles are glass (we avoid using plastic as much as we can) and we do our best to package your items as safely as possible. If any items are damaged in transit, then please contact us immediately, through the Contact Us page and we will send you a replacement item. Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.
SALES ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
