COURIER DELIVERY
We believe we have sourced the most cost effective shipping methods for our customers. We use a combination of Fastway Couriers and Pass the Parcel Couriers to bring you your products as quickly as possible. Currently the Happiness Kits are being sent via NZPost as this is the most cost effective way to send these.

SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY
All orders require a signature on delivery. If you will not be home and are happy for the courier to leave the parcel for you, please add a note to your order to let us know.

DISPATCH TIMES
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Occasionally public holidays or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances we will endeavour to communicate with you about the delay and resolve and resulting issues. If your order is urgent please add a note to your order and we will do our best to dispatch it ASAP.

Orders will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options
